ripens 2 to 3 weeks later then Mauritius
very sweet and juicy fruit with medium size seeds
other varieties may have bigger fruit and have smaller seeds but none taste as good as a ripe Brewster.
fill a bowl with water and ice, drop in a bunch of Brewster lychees and sit down and eat, you come close to nirvana.
